Each of our villages offers standard booking conditions, including free cancellation and refund with proof of purchase.

  • These are those that are not specifically named at the time of booking.
    • If the cancellation is made more than 60 (sixty) days before the start of the stay, no cancellation fee will be retained by our establishment.
    • If cancellation occurs between the 60th (sixtieth) and the 30th (thirtieth) day before the start of the stay, 35% (thirty-five percent) of the total price of the service will be retained by our establishment.
  • All sums paid are retained if cancellation occurs after the 30th (thirtieth) day before the start of the holiday.
  • Subject to proof from your employer or an administrative or medical authority, the Service Provider will reimburse you the sums paid, without cancellation fees, if this is sent up to the day before the start of the stay in the following cases: Serious illness (not allowing you to travel by your own means), serious accident (not allowing you to travel by your own means) or death of yourself, your spouse, your PACS partner, your ascendants or your descendants up to the second (2nd) degree, fathers-in-law, mothers-in-law, sisters, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law or one of the persons registered for your stay. Redundancy or termination of contract by you, your spouse or PACS partner, provided that the procedure was initiated after booking with our establishment.

In addition, whatever the offer chosen, payment made by “vacation vouchers” does not give rise to any reimbursement.

In the event of a refund due to cancellation by the customer, except in cases of force majeure, the establishment will refund the customer within 60 days of cancellation. However, where permitted by applicable law, the establishment reserves the right to reimburse the customer in any other form (in particular, a credit note).
